Maintenance

air pressure to be 0.1~0.5Mpa and control the test’s span

4. The air pipes system should be equipped with the air filter
and the oiler. Lubrication is advisable to choose 20# or 30#
gear oil. Moreover, standard flow-speed of the oiler should be
80~100d/min.
5. If abrupt break down or anomalous sound occurred, immediately
stop to check and adjust the dubious parts.
6. A regular examine is essential depending on assorted working
circumstances, ordinarily varied from 3 to 6 months, to extend
its working span.
7. Hammer is banned from hitting the surface of relevant parts
during installation and uninstall.
1) Clean related parts completely before installation.
2) Examine axes whether available and ascertain the rotations
